*The pottery you make will be fired in a gas kiln at the studio and then shipped to an address you specify.
(The cost of shipping is not included in the prices. To addresses within Japan, we can arrange shipping of pottery weighing no more than 2kg for a flat rate of 1,200 yen.)
*If your pottery gets damaged during the manufacturing or firing process, we will send you an alternative pottery item.
