読谷村にございます「Gala青い海」は、那覇から車で１時間ほどの距離にありながら、
見渡す限りのサトウキビ畑、眼前に広がるコバルトブルーの海、そんな沖縄の原風景を感じて頂き、
時を過ごせる場所となっています。
お食事やショッピング、さまざまな体験サービスももちろんおすすめですが、

Gala Aoiumi is located in Yomitan Village, central Okinawa, on the beautiful western coast.
Yomitan Village is a very popular tourist destination and is dotted with a number of attractions, including Zakimi Castle Ruins, which have been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Yachimun no Sato, which has a large community of potters.
At the Traditional Crafts Center you can purchase Yomitan's specialty textiles (Yuntanza Hanaui) and dyed products, in addition to many other places of historical and cultural interest.
Gala Aoiumi offers six hands-on programs/activities: salt-making, pottery, glass art, coral growing, "stained glass" art and marine activities, such as scuba diving.
In addition, the place provides some delicious delights, including authentic American pizza, homemade ice cream and shio senbei (salt sprinkled rice crackers).
And with a large variety of specialty Okinawan products as well as Gala Aoiumi's original merchandise such as T-shirts, the shop is a perfect stop for your souvenir needs.
